Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 17, 2026

Quick summary

  • We collect information from two types of users: Homeowners (who submit service requests) and Contractors (businesses that receive leads).
  • Homeowner information is shared only with the single matched Contractor — it is never resold or shared with competing contractors.
  • We do not sell your personal information for money. We do share limited technical data with advertising platforms (Google, Meta) to measure and optimize our ads — which some state privacy laws may treat as “sharing.”
  • We maintain TCPA consent records for every homeowner for a minimum of four years.
  • Calls bridged through our platform may be recorded for quality assurance and compliance purposes.

1. Who We Are

Axul Leads is a pay-per-lead home-service platform operated by Axul Solutions LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of Wyoming, United States. Our platform is currently serving the Atlanta, Georgia metropolitan area.

2. Who This Policy Covers

This Privacy Policy applies to three groups of people:

  • Homeowners — consumers who submit a service request through a Axul Leads advertisement or landing page, providing their contact information and project details so we can connect them with a local contractor.
  • Contractors — licensed home-service businesses or sole proprietors who register with Axul Leads to receive and accept exclusive leads.
  • Site visitors — anyone who visits leads.axulsolutions.com without submitting a request or registering.

3. Information We Collect

From Homeowners

  • Full name and phone number.
  • Service type and project description (e.g., “roof replacement,” “HVAC repair”).
  • Service address or ZIP code used to match you with a local contractor.
  • Consent record: the exact consent language presented to you, the timestamp of your submission, and your IP address at the time of submission.
  • Call metadata: whether you answered the bridged call, call duration, and whether the call was recorded.

From Contractors

  • Business name, contact name, email address, and phone number.
  • Trade category (or categories) and geographic service area.
  • Payment and billing information processed via our third-party payment processor (we do not store full card numbers).
  • Service preferences agreed during onboarding: calling hours, lead volume, and notification preferences.
  • Lead history: which leads were delivered, answered, missed, or disputed.

Automatically Collected Data

  • IP address, browser type, operating system, and device information.
  • Pages visited, time spent, and referring URL (used to understand how users navigate to and through the site).
  • Advertising attribution data (e.g., which ad or keyword drove a homeowner’s request), collected through pixels and tracking tags from platforms such as Google and Meta.

4. How We Use Information

For Homeowners:

  • To match your service request with a qualified local contractor and deliver your information to them via a bridged phone call.
  • To send an SMS with your lead details if the initial call and retries are unanswered.
  • To maintain consent records as required by the TCPA and applicable state law.
  • To verify and de-duplicate your request before delivery to a contractor.

For Contractors:

  • To manage your account and deliver leads to your phone.
  • To process payments and generate invoices.
  • To provide performance reporting (leads received, answered, missed).
  • To communicate account updates, policy changes, and support.

For All Users:

  • To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
  • To improve the platform, optimize ad targeting, and measure campaign effectiveness.

6. Call Recording

Calls bridged through the Axul Leads platform may be recorded. By submitting a service request (for homeowners) or accepting a bridged call (for contractors), you acknowledge and consent to the recording of that call. Recordings are used for quality assurance, compliance verification, and dispute resolution. Recordings are retained for up to twelve (12) months.

Because bridged calls may connect parties located in different states, we provide notice of recording to comply with applicable one-party, two-party, and all-party consent laws — either through the consent disclosure at request submission or via an audio announcement at the start of the bridged call.

7. How We Share Information

With the matched Contractor. A homeowner’s name, phone number, service type, and project details are shared with the single Contractor who receives that lead. This is the core function of the platform. This information is shared with no other contractor.

With service providers. We use third-party vendors to operate the platform, including:

  • Twilio — for call bridging, SMS delivery, and phone number management. Homeowner and Contractor phone numbers are processed by Twilio to route calls and messages.
  • Payment processor — for Contractor billing and invoicing. Your payment details are processed directly by our payment processor and are not stored on our servers.
  • Cloud hosting & analytics providers — for website hosting, platform infrastructure, and usage analytics.
  • Advertising platforms (Google, Meta) — for measuring the effectiveness of our ad campaigns and optimizing targeting. These platforms may receive technical data (such as hashed identifiers and conversion events) to attribute which ads generated homeowner requests. Depending on your jurisdiction, this activity may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under applicable state privacy laws.

As required by law. We may disclose information if required by applicable law, court order, or government authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Axul Solutions LLC, our users, or the public.

Business transfers. If Axul Solutions LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, user information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

We do not sell homeowner or contractor personal information to data brokers, marketing companies, or other third parties for their independent use.

9. Your Rights & Choices

Regardless of where you are located, you may contact us to:

  • Revoke consent — Homeowners may revoke their TCPA consent at any time. We will add your number to our internal do-not-contact list and stop routing calls or texts to you.
  • Access or correct — Request a copy of personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct inaccurate information.
  • Delete — Request deletion of your personal information, subject to our obligation to retain TCPA consent records, billing records, and other legally required data.

You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; however, disabling cookies may affect how the site functions. Advertising opt-outs are available through Digital Advertising Alliance and Network Advertising Initiative.

11. Security

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Children’s Privacy

The Axul Leads platform is intended for adults seeking home-service contractors or operating a home-service business. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18 years of age. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us at admin@axulsolutions.com and we will promptly delete it.
